appropriate treatment and services to prevent further decrease in range of motion.
Specifically, a resident was not provided with a hip abductor pillow. - The facility did not ensure that a separately locked, permanently affixed compartment for storage of controlled drugs was provided. Specifically, the licensed practical nurse LPN was observed using one key to open both locked compartments of the narcotic box.
In addition, during the last 3 years, there were no complaints that resulted in citations, but there were 2 occasions in which there were facility-reported incidents that resulted in citations.
